My name is Rhett Almond. Sports have always been a huge part of my life. I played Division 1 football at BYU, pushing my body to its limits. Along the way, I dealt with my fair share of injuries. One in particular had me seriously worried. I thought I was headed for surgery and a lifetime of back pain. But through physical therapy, I was able to rebuild, recover, and come back stronger—without going under the knife.

That experience changed everything for me. I learned firsthand how powerful the right approach to movement, strength, and recovery can be. Now, my passion is helping others do the same. Whether you’re an athlete trying to stay in the game or someone just looking to move pain-free, my goal is to help you take control of your health and get back to doing what you love—without pain holding you back.

I created Almond Physical Therapy to provide a personalized, one-on-one approach to recovery and wellness.
